I know you will be the only person who reads this Dennis, (if even you still log in anymore) but that's ok. I wanted to show my latest side project I am doing. (My mom is selling her house.) It's becoming very apparent to me that I REALLY WANT a 5DII, Nodal Ninja, fisheye lens, and at least one wide angle tilt shift lens if not two. (TS-E 17mm & TS-E 24mm II) Anyway, here is a link: McKown Property

Haha, I know it's sad to think this site has just become a place where you and I can talk shop. I was really hoping it would do more!
Anyway, yeah I still log on every once in a while.
I really liked the virtual tour! That's all I have had time to look at right now. It looks great! If I were a potential buying that would really help me on my decision. Though as someone giving advice to you, I would suggest a lot less involved on this unless you have a pretty big price to go along with it. I would suspect this would only be something that you could market to the higher end market. I can only imagine how much time you put into it.
It was really neat to be able to go from room to room. The links inside the tour is awesome!
Have you had time to research more on the single shot solution I mentioned?

Not as of yet. I do want to check into that though!
I have taken price into consideration, and this type of work would definitely be aimed at the high end of the market. I do like having a fairly extensive job in my portfolio though to show what can be offered. For lower budget jobs, I can offer significantly less extensive work.
Anyway, I am almost done with the galleries as well, maybe just a day or two left until completion! The realtor seems very excited so far.

Alright, I am basically finished with this job for the most part. Now I just have to figure out rates for each aspect of the job and make a price sheet for the real estate agent as she seems to be interested in using me for future bigger houses. Any critiques for future reference? tmpstudios.net/commercial/mckowngallery.html
